About the project
Digitall is a bespoke CMS platform developed for APNOR, designed to give their team full autonomy over content creation, management, and publishing — without relying on developers for day-to-day updates.
The challenge
APNOR needed a solution that was both powerful enough to handle their content needs and simple enough for non-technical staff to operate confidently. Off-the-shelf solutions lacked the flexibility their workflows required.
What I built
I led the project end-to-end — from initial requirements gathering and architecture design through to implementation and deployment. The platform was built with a structured content model that maps directly to APNOR's editorial workflow, with a clean and intuitive editing interface backed by a modern, performant frontend.
My role
Conducted requirements analysis and translated business needs into a scalable technical architecture
Designed and implemented the full content model and component system
Built the frontend with a focus on performance and user-centric design
Handled deployment and ensured the solution was maintainable long-term
Dealt with Google Search Console implementation and Analytics
Implementation done on the IPP internal server
Outcome
The platform is live at digitall.apnor.pt and actively used by APNOR's team, enabling them to manage their digital presence independently and efficiently.
